Hayden Panettiere’s estate is set to pass entirely to her daughter, and her mother says she’s glad the inheritance is going to the 11-year-old, who now lives in Ukraine with her father, boxer Wladimir Klitschko.
Panettiere left no will, so under California law her entire estate passes to her only child.
Kaya is 11 and lives in Ukraine with her father. Her grandmother describes her as an “exceptional” girl who is already fluent in five languages.
