Alaia Baldwin Aronow, 33, has entered a pre-trial diversion program over a February 2024 bar fight in Savannah, Georgia, which means classes and possible fines instead of prosecution. She’s due for an arraignment on Aug. 25.
A bouncer says she yanked his hair. Another says she kicked him in the genitals. And the tampon she’d asked to go change? She threw it at the bartender who let her use the bathroom.

The charges are simple assault, simple battery, battery, and criminal trespassing, PEOPLE reports, citing court records. It started at a bar called Club Elan on Feb. 24, 2024, where security footage allegedly showed Aronow forcing her way into an employee bathroom after being told to use the public restroom.

One bouncer told police she pulled his hair. Another, who said he put her in a bear hug, claimed she kicked him in the genitals. A bartender said Aronow had asked to use the bathroom to throw up and change her tampon, and when the bartender came back, Aronow threw the tampon at her.

Aronow first told police she hadn’t thrown it, then admitted she did and said she was acting in self-defense.
