A 35-year-old woman from Albany planned to attack the New York State Capitol while disguised as a food delivery worker, according to details of the case. The people she believed were her ISIS handlers were, in fact, all working for the FBI.
She wanted to kill state senators, and she thought her ISIS contacts were arming her for the attack. Every one of them was working for the FBI.
The bomb they handed her never worked.
