This affirmation is designed to assist you to clear, heal and balance your Navel Chakra. The Navel Chakra is also called the 2nd Chakra or the Sacred Chakra. It is located about one inch below the Navel. It is associated with color Orange. Its primary function is to provide energy to the physical body for creativity, reproduction, manifestation, self-confidence, and self-esteem. It stores some of our deep emotions connecting to our traumatic experiences from our current life and past lives. Emotions such as lack of confidence, unworthiness, depression, deep sadness, hopelessness, helplessness, anger, resentment, hiding one’s true feelings from others, feeling not good enough, being a victim, poverty consciousness, wanting approval from others, etc. These emotions can severely affect our self-confidence, self-worth and self-esteem, and it holds us back from achieving our full potential in creating an abundant and a wonderful life for ourselves. Therefore, while you are listening to Maitreya Healing and Toning System, or doing meditation, or doing Chakras’ clearing and balancing, you can say this affirmation at the same time, or you can also say the affirmation whenever you feel you need it.
You can repeat the affirmation as many times as you can. The more you say it, the more positive change will take place, and the more positive reality you can manifest in your life. It will not happen overnight, but slowly and surely, you will see the change.
