ICE Is Holding Milo Yiannopoulos at a Louisiana Detention Center, Days Before Kanye West Performs in New Orleans

Milo Yiannopoulos ran Kanye‘s operation for nearly two years as his chief of staff. Now he’s sitting in an ICE facility in the same state where Ye takes the stage Friday night.

Yiannopoulos was detained at an airport, according to TMZ, and is being held at a Louisiana ICE facility per inmate records. The reason he was in the state isn’t confirmed, but Kanye is booked to perform Friday at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

The two worked closely before splitting in 2024. Yiannopoulos was Ye’s chief of staff for nearly two years and served as director of political operations for the YE24 presidential campaign.

He later accused Ye’s dentist of supplying the rapper with nitrous oxide for recreational use, an allegation the dentist denied. A conservative commentator known for years of public feuds, Yiannopoulos now waits in detention as his former boss headlines a stadium hours away.
