Have you ever had a moment where someone says something—and it just stops you?
Not because it’s shocking… but because it’s so accurate that you find yourself wondering,
“How did they know that?”
This month, I had a couple of encounters that stayed with me.
At a recent event, a mother and her sister asked if we could take an aura photo of a 7-year-old girl. While the image was processing, I started chatting with her. Almost immediately, I could sense I wasn’t having a typical conversation with a child.
The words coming out of her mouth were insightful, direct, and at times, hilarious.
Her mother and aunt were getting a little uncomfortable, but I just let her talk. There was something natural unfolding—something honest.
When the aura photo came through, it showed a strong violet field—something we associate with intuition and higher awareness. Not what we typically see with children.
And then came one of those moments.
She looked at me and asked why I didn’t color my gray hair.
I laughed and said I was fine with it, and then asked how old she thought I was.
Without hesitation, she said:
“68.”
Her mom and aunt quickly jumped in to correct her, but I stopped them.
“It’s okay,” I said. “I’m actually 70.”
They were surprised.
But I wasn’t.
A few days later, I met a 12-year-old who had just started working with Tarot and Oracle cards. The reading she gave me was one of the clearest and most accurate I’ve experienced in a long time.
Not because of training.
Not because of years of study.
But because there was nothing in the way.

There is room on the Earth plane for all views. Those souls who are searching will find the view that suits them. They should be allowed to do so.
Reflection
Margaret often said she grew up in a generation where children were meant to be seen, not heard.
Yet in her teachings, she would remind us that everyone is a channel—and that children, having less conditioning, are often the clearest.
They don’t filter.
They don’t second-guess.
They don’t shape their words to fit expectations.
They simply say what comes.
And sometimes… what comes carries a level of clarity that catches us off guard.
Maybe it’s intuition.
Maybe it’s awareness.
Maybe it’s something we’ve learned to quiet over time.
But if we pause and truly listen, we begin to notice something:
There are moments when truth doesn’t arrive through logic or effort…
it simply appears in the moment, through whoever is speaking.
Message from Maitreya
Alan,
What you are observing is not rare—it is natural.
The voice that speaks through another is not separate from the awareness within you.
It is simply less obstructed.
The child has not yet learned to doubt what arises.
The adult has learned to question it, reshape it, and often silence it.
When you listen without needing to correct or control, you allow clarity to reveal itself.
Do not focus on where the words come from.
Instead, notice when something within you recognizes their truth.
That recognition is your guide.
Closing Thought
Perhaps the lesson is not just about children.
Perhaps it’s a reminder.
To listen a little more closely.
To pause before dismissing what feels unexpectedly true.
And to recognize that insight can arrive in the simplest moments—
if we’re willing to hear it.
