On Call Her Daddy with Alex Cooper, Megan Fox Fox went through the full list herself, procedure by procedure, and said she’s doing it to take the shame out of the conversation.
She settled for 32Ds after asking for bigger, and she says they don’t even look that big on her small frame. She replaced an earlier set because they’d started rippling visibly, since she’s too lean to hide them.
The three augmentations span her early 20s, the years after breastfeeding her three sons (when she says her breasts basically disappeared), and one very recent redo. Her only nose job came around age 23, and she thinks people assume she’s had several because heavy contouring makes her nose look tiny, “like it’s just nostrils, like Voldemort.”
She’s said no to a lot too. No facelift, no threads, no buccal fat removal, no liposuction, no BBL, mostly because she’s naturally lean and there’s nothing to remove.
Surgery genuinely scares her. Her body doesn’t react well to general anesthesia, so she treats every procedure as a big deal and even checks for omens like owls, crows, and dead bugs before going under. “I feel like there’s this stigma, and I’m not going to win,” she said. “I hope it sets some people free.”
