Now That’s What I Call Fashion: The Indiana Fever Appear Outside Barclays Center Looking Very Couture

Indiana faces the New York Liberty tonight at Barclays Center.

The Fever rolled into Brooklyn looking like they had a Fashion Week schedule, not another stop on a road trip. Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, Grace Van Slooten and Bree Hall turned the arena tunnel into a runway, proving the WNBA’s pregame walk can hold its own in one of the most photographed cities on earth.

This is a marquee night on a packed swing. Indiana lost in Dallas on Thursday, snapping a five-game win streak, and they head to Chicago on Sunday. They sit near the top of the East with a roster that draws a crowd wherever it lands, and the Liberty matchup has Barclays buzzing toward a near-sellout.

The game is why they’re here. The style is why everyone’s looking.

The league has also been dealing with a far less stylish drop: neon-green sex toys thrown onto courts again this week (Los Angeles Thursday, Chicago Friday), a sequel to last summer’s stretch that included one landing near Sophie Cunningham and another that missed the floor at this same building. Players have been clear they want it to stop.

I hate my job, and yes I’m 100% joking about these being good fits. Though I do actually like what Grace VanSlooten and Bree Hall are wearing, the sporty look makes sense and feels more fashion-forward; whatever, I don’t care, and I’m sure you don’t either.
