Dear readers, I simply do not have words to describe what is happening energetically now within our energy field and bodies, its so intense ! So I am sharing this short report to help us all understand, even if we don’t understand everything, just a snippet of what’s happening. I love to read the comments……It’s a relief to know I am not alone in feeling all this physical discomfort and exhaustion. I Keep telling myself that its all good and every expansion leads to greater awareness. The physical body is taking a lot of strain, no doubt about that so be loving and compassionate with yourself. The rest is history as they say.
